-48 VDC PDU

Server Technology -48VDC PDUs provide secure remote power management: allowing control of cabinet equipment at remote locations, including colocation facilities and network operation centers giving you the ability to reboot locked-up remote servers around the clock. Most models have two DC power input feeds that support dual power networking appliances. Power is distributed to multiple individually fused or circuit breakered outputs. Each output has current monitoring allowing you to remotely monitor capacity, utilization, and set up alerts.

Server Technology -48V DC PDUs feature power output protection, meaning each low and high current output is individually protected by a fuse or circuit breaker (depending on the model), available in a variety of current capacities. Low current GMT fuses have a visual indicator that shows when they are blown. Both fuses and circuit breakers are rated as disconnect switches, they can be hot-swapped without removing power to input feeds.

• Receive SNMP-based or email alerts when power and environmental conditions exceed defined thresholds.
