Extended warranty support and service plans are also available for purchase; please contact your sales consultant for information and ordering. The Server Technology technical support team is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. After-hours service is provided to ensure your requests are handled quickly no matter what time zone or country you are located in.
Our service engineers are continuously factory trained to meet your individual needs and solve problems. They have experience in both domestic and international Data Center support with the on-site Data Center experience that you expect.
