Server Technology Appoints Mike Johnston to Director of Global Channel Sales & Marketing

(Reno, NV) – September 18, 2012 -- Server Technology, experts in producing the highest quality rack mount power distribution units and power monitoring solutions, announced today that Mike Johnston has joined the company effective immediately as the Director of Global Channel Sales & Marketing.  Formerly Director, Americas Field Marketing for Avocent-Emerson Network Power, Johnston brings over 18 years of technology sales and channel sales and marketing experience to his new role at Server Technology.

    Prior to Emerson, Johnston was the Director of Channel Marketing at ADTRAN and Manager of Channel Sales at Avocent. Johnston holds a Master’s of Science in Management of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing from the University of Alabama, Huntsville.
