If you have installed Server Technology, Inc. Smart or Switched Cabinet Power Distribution Units (PDUs) there are number of features that you may not be utilizing:
- Each pair of CDU's is capable of supporting two humidity and temperature measurements
- Email and SNMP traps to avoid over current, excess temperatures and down time
- Reboot and control of locked up or unresponsive devices
If you are managing 25 or more pairs of CDU's implement the Sentry Power Manager Software tool to:
- Manage multiple CDU's in multiple locations from one central point
- Quickly drill down to the racks physical location if there is a problem
- View, trend and report on critical power and environmental parameters
