Regional Sales Manager Southern California and Southern Nevada

Duties Include
1. Manage existing Enterprise, SMB, Government and Education customers
2. Identify and develop new channel sales partners
3. Develop new Enterprise SMB, Government and Education customers through prospecting activities
4. Represent STI at regional trade shows and other marketing functions
5. Solidify STI’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
6. This position will be responsible for Southern California and Southern Nevada. RSM can be located in Los Angeles or Orange County.

Skills and Abilities
1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales objectives in a team environment.
3. A combination of Account Management and Account Development skills are required with a proven track record of success.
4. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of different sales methodologies and will be able to learn the methods employed by Server Technology and apply them to their selling activities. This approach will rely heavily on the candidate’s ability to identify specific customer needs.
5. The candidate will work in a team environment with Inside Sales to coordinate efforts and support for enterprise customer and reseller channels.

Product Quality Engineer

Skills and Abilities
Must have effective problem solving skills, be self-directed, and be able to maintain positive working relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to investigate and mediate technical issues. In depth knowledge of quality principles, techniques and methods; FMEA, SPC, 8D, CoQ, DOE, GR&R, GD&T, etc. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Electrical Engineering or related field. Thorough understanding of the application of J-STD-00 and IPC A-610D. ASQ, CQE, Six Sigma certification or significant experience with Six Sigma process improvement desirable. Ability to quickly grasp and implement new ideas, concepts and programs to improve products and processes.

Minimum Experience
years minimum experience in electronics manufacturing in a quality assurance and manufacturing or supplier environment.  Strong verbal and written English communication skills required. Proficient in standard business related computer software such as Microsoft Office.

Duties Include
1. Must be able to field technical questions from suppliers and determine the appropriate action to be taken.
2. Manage internal quality issues by determining Root Cause and providing Corrective Action.
3. Analyze, audit, and report quality performance and trends for product and processes.
4. Manage quality issues and systems at the supplier and contract manufacturer level.
5. Responsibility for audit, qualification and approval of new suppliers.
6. Review and define CTQ processes and inspection plans with suppliers.
7. Work with suppliers on Corrective and Preventative Action Report Resolution.
8. Provide Quality requirements input to Design and Manufacturing
9. Provide technical direction.
10. Evaluation and disposition of First Articles.
11. Ability to travel domestically and abroad 25-50% of the time.
12. Experience with sheet metal fabrication processes and associated tooling.
13. PCBA manufacturing experience including SMT pick and place and wave solder.
14. Experience with wire harness manufacturing and termination assembly.
15. Analyze engineering changes to determine impact to supplier processes and tooling.
16. Support supplier to develop and implement optimal, cost effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product design specifications and quality standards.

Shipping Lead

Minimum Experience: 3 years warehouse experience. Must have experience in international shipping. Lift up to 50 lb., Forklift certified.

Shipping Lead will participate in any one or more of the following areas:

Leadership: Oversee and lead the day to day accountabilities in Shipping. Participate in developing the staff in these areas. Provide feedback related to employee development, disciplinary actions, and employee reviews.
Follow STI procedures for storage and handling of finished goods inventory
Maintain inventory accuracy
Pull inventory requests when needed
Issue/transfer inventory in IMS as needed
Consolidate storage locations when restocking finished goods
Down stock bulk inventory to pick locations
Follow STI procedures for storage, handling, and picking of orders
Use sales order ship date to prioritize work
Deliver picked orders to shipping staging area
Follow proper shipping procedures to process orders through IMS
Accurately enter Customer Shipment data
Able to palletize, corner, band, and wrap pallet shipments
Package materials as necessary to complete order including boxing and palletizing
Coordinate carrier pickups, small package, and LTL
Follow instructions on sales orders, verify that instructions match the purchase order
Create bill of lading and call in trucks for pickups
Perform back up Coordinator duties
Help maintain cleanliness and organization in any required capacity throughout the warehouse environment
Maintain and promote efficiency and productivity
Promote positive attitudes and teamwork within warehouse environment
Recommend measures for continuous process improvement
Learn all equipment in shipping and warehouse area
Adhere to all safety regulations

ERP Developer

1. Work with business users to understand their business requirements and develop software customizations to address these requirements.
2. Troubleshoot, support and maintain STI business software primarily the ERP software, middleware and integrated software products (including PLM and CRM systems).
3. Stay current with new software product developments. 
4. Coordinate with business users to test software upgrades, new releases and patches as they are provided by application software vendors.
5. Develop an expertise and be a resource to management for developing new reports, queries and dashboards. 
6. Ensure business users are provided professional, courteous, and timely support and service.
7. Develop project design documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and/or experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equal experience in this area.
2. Experience with ERP software, Salesforce CRM administration and development. Knowledge of and experience with SharePoint; MS SQL Server, Analysis Services, Integration Services, Reporting Services; VB/C#; .Net; HTML; Javascript; JQuery; Salesforce Apex and Visualforce experience a plus
3. Ability to translate business problems into software solutions.
4. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with internal customers and all departments.
5. Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities to deadlines.
