ERP Developer

Job Summary
Under direction of the IT Manager, the ERP Developer will play a key support role in analyzing, programming, and implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software products. This position ensures that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures and goals.

The ERP Developer, as with all members of the Server Technology Team, is expected to promote a positive work environment, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality.

Essential Job Functions
• Work with software users to understand their business requirements and develop software customizations to address these requirements.
• Troubleshoot, support and maintain business software primarily the ERP software, middleware and integrated software products (including PLM and CRM systems).
• Coordinate with business users to test software upgrades, new releases and patches as they are provided by application software vendors.
• Develop an expertise in Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting, queries and dashboards and be a resource to management for developing new reports, queries and dashboards.
• Develop project design documentation.
• Be a resource to STI for developing new database applications required by other areas of the company.
• Stay current with IT trends and new product developments.
• Attend IT-related classes deemed necessary by IT management to supplement current IT skills and develop additional knowledge and expertise in IT-related subjects.
• Provide backup and support for other critical IT functions.
• Regularly provide information to the management team regarding company user reactions, comments, or problems that may arise.
• Regularly provide information to the management team regarding safety concerns and the general appearance of the facility to ensure a quality and safe environment for employees.
• Promote positive company user relations by projecting a courteous, helpful attitude and assisting employees when appropriate.

Technical / Professional Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University with emphasis in Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in system administration.
• Technical skills and experience in MS SQL database applications, .Net development, web services and middleware.
• Experience with ERP software.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM administration and development.
• Ability to translate business problems into software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities to deadlines.
• Problem analysis and resolution development at a functional level.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.

Regional Channel Sales Manager

Job Summary
Under general direction of the Director of Global Channel Sales, the Regional Channel Sales Manager's primary responsibilities are to recruit, develop, grow, and manage channel partners in the assigned territory. This position will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and growth objectives. The Regional Channel Sales Manager represents the entire range of company products and services.
The Regional Channel Sales Manager, as with all members of the Server Technology Team, is expected to promote a positive work environment, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality.

Essential Job Functions
· Identify, recruit and develop Power Reward Partners within the territory.
· Through regular meetings and communication, establish productive, professional relationships with reseller partner principals / key decision makers in assigned territory.
· Coordinate the involvement of Server Technology team, including sales, support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
· Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
· Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
· Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
· Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
· Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
· Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
· Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
· Create account business plans to include quarterly business reports, marketing plans, suggestions, sales objectives and forecasting.
· Create mind share and visibility within the Partner sales teams.
· Support the explanation and navigation of the STI Power Rewards Program, including the registration of opportunities and sharing of leads.
· Provide regular updates to senior management on status and performance of reseller partners within the territory.

Product Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Under direction of the Director of Quality Assurance, the Product Quality Engineer will provide quality assurance support to suppliers, customers and internal functions including Manufacturing, Assembly, Test & Validation areas and participate in continuous improvement activities. This position will also establish and sustain the use of the quality system metrics and tools.

The Product Quality Engineer, as with all members of the Server Technology Team, is expected to promote a positive work environment, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Execute the Quality Assurance strategy to ensure product flow consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and various customer requirements.
• Collect and analyze quality data, identify problem areas, recommend solutions and coordinate / facilitate corrective action to control costs and achieve established quality objectives for external failures, scrap, problem orders and related performance measures.
• Perform root cause analysis to and provide solutions to correct immediate quality related concerns as well as develop long term solutions.
• Monitor and coordinate quality engineering functions including inspection, testing, repair and auditing and maintain required quality records and documentation to verify that all quality and manufacturing systems and processes meet or exceed industry standards and/or customer specifications.
• Process Continuous Improvements to determine and implement best practices in all processing areas to improve quality.
• Audit, qualify and approve new product suppliers.
• Analyze engineering changes to determine impact to supplier processes and tooling.
• Support supplier to develop and implement optimal, cost effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product design specifications and quality standards.
• Provide engineering support to maintain a system to evaluate and ensure that vendors and suppliers meet or exceed established quality policies, procedures and expectations.
• Apply engineering and manufacturing technical knowledge to help improve supplier activities that can help Server Technology's quality, delivery and cost performance objectives.
• Develop capability studies, advanced product quality planning (APQP), process failure mode effect analysis (PFMEA), and statistical process controls (SPC).
• Provide answers to field technical questions from suppliers and determine the appropriate action to be taken.
• Host and support Internal, Customer, Supplier and Third Party Audits as required.
• Analyze, audit, and report quality performance and trends for product and processes.
• Provide input for quality requirements to Design and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Provide evaluation and disposition of First Articles.
• Display original thinking and creativity; Meet challenges with resourcefulness; Generate suggestions for improving work; Develop innovative approaches and ideas.

TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University with emphasis in Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in the quality function; ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), preferred.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication processes and associated tooling; PCBA manufacturing experience including SMT pick and place and wave solder; and experience with wire harness manufacturing and termination assembly.
• Previous work experience of problem solving methods such as: Six Sigma, 8D, root cause analysis, and the associated statistical tools used to analyze problems, evaluate and complete improvement projects.
• Strong familiarity with the application of J-STD-00 and IPC A-610D. ASQ, CQE, Six Sigma certification or significant experience with Six Sigma process improvement desirable.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint), experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide information across multiple groups in the Company including Production, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
• Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity of ISO 9000 standards and audit process.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
