ERP Developer

Job Summary
Under direction of the IT Manager, the ERP Developer will play a key support role in analyzing, programming, and implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software products. This position ensures that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures and goals.

Essential Job Functions
• Work with software users to understand their business requirements and develop software customizations to address these requirements.
• Troubleshoot, support and maintain business software primarily the ERP software, middleware and integrated software products (including PLM and CRM systems).
• Coordinate with business users to test software upgrades, new releases and patches as they are provided by application software vendors.
• Develop an expertise in Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting, queries and dashboards and be a resource to management for developing new reports, queries and dashboards.

Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
Under direction of the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative will provide assistance to assigned Regional Sales Managers and customers to complete sales orders in an assigned territory. This position will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and growth objectives. The Inside Sales Representative represents the entire range of company products and services.

The Inside Sales Representative, as with all members of the Server Technology Team, is expected to promote a positive work environment, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality.

Essential Job Functions
1. Work with Regional Sales Managers to negotiate, win, and service contracts for orders of products and services for use in customer facilities.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to develop and maintain relationships with key partners/customers. Be proactive to provide information and respond to questions in a timely manner.
3. Maintain accurate customer records and sales transactions in Salesforce CRM.
4. Provide assistance to customers, answer questions, respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, ship dates and inventory availability; expedite orders, follow through on quotes, and complete sales orders.
5. Gather information to determine proper equipment evaluation needs required by the customer. Send and track equipment to customer and ensure follow-up on product evaluation by Regional Sales Manager.
6. Assist Regional Sales Manager and customers to determine what products are the best solution for the customer project based on scope and budget.
7. In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, assist with high level account administration for customer and resellers requests. With assistance of the management team, the Inside Sales Representative may negotiate contracts with customers on terms and offer discretionary discounts to customers as deemed appropriate by the Representative.
8. In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, assist with high level of decision making to facilitate direct sales to large customers and/or resellers.
9. Coordinate sales related activities with all members of the sales, marketing, operations and product support team.

Regional Channel Sales Manager

Essential Job Functions
· Identify, recruit and develop Power Reward Partners within the territory.
· Through regular meetings and communication, establish productive, professional relationships with reseller partner principals / key decision makers in assigned territory.
· Coordinate the involvement of Server Technology team, including sales, support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
· Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
· Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
· Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
· Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
· Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
· Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
· Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
· Create account business plans to include quarterly business reports, marketing plans, suggestions, sales objectives and forecasting.
· Create mind share and visibility within the Partner sales teams.
· Support the explanation and navigation of the STI Power Rewards Program, including the registration of opportunities and sharing of leads.
· Provide regular updates to senior management on status and performance of reseller partners within the territory.

PCB Designer

Reports to: Engineering Manager


Department: Engineering – New Product Development

Job Summary

Under general direction of the Engineering Manager, the PCB Designer will design and draft layout for printed circuit boards (PCBs). This position ensures that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures and goals.

The PCB Designer, as with all members of the Server Technology Team, is expected to promote a positive attitude, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality.

Essential Job Functions
1. Review and analyze engineering design schematics and supporting documents to plan layout of PCB components and printed circuitry.
2. Confer with engineering staff to resolve design details and problems.
3. Examine and verify master layout for electrical and mechanical accuracy.
4. Prepare electronic files for use in PCB fabrication, including schematic, bill of materials, assembly drawing, and gerber.
5. Perform computer based schematic capture and printed circuit board layout from engineering drawings and design notes.
6. Develop component schematic symbols and PCB footprints to be used in new circuit designs.
7. Coordinate with electrical and mechanical designers to develop complex PCB designs and facilitate electro-mechanical integration of these PCB's into new and existing products.
8. Implement designs in accordance with standard engineering design practices and documentation procedures.
9. Develop analog, digital, and high voltage PCB assemblies in various combinations.
10. Follow all safety and EMC standards and guidelines in developing new circuit designs.
11. Ability to work with version control and product lifecycle systems in controlling new PCB
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
1. A minimum of 2 years multi-layer circuit board layout experience including bill of materials creation for PCA's.
2. Demonstrated ability to specify fabrication requirements for printed circuit boards (i.e. gerber) and strong familiarity with electrical components including their identifications and their markings.
3. Altium Designer experience and multi-layer mixed signal PCB design experience preferred (analog, digital, and high voltage). PCB fabrication process knowledge a plus.
4. Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide information across multiple groups in the Company including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
5. Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently.
6. Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Product Quality Engineer

Skills and Abilities

Must have effective problem solving skills, be self-directed, and be able to maintain positive working relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to investigate and mediate technical issues. In depth knowledge of quality principles, techniques and methods; FMEA, SPC, 8D, CoQ, DOE, GR&R, GD&T, etc. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Electrical Engineering or related field. Thorough understanding of the application of J-STD-00 and IPC A-610D. ASQ, CQE, Six Sigma certification or significant experience with Six Sigma process improvement desirable. Ability to quickly grasp and implement new ideas, concepts and programs to improve products and processes.



Minimum Experience
years minimum experience in electronics manufacturing in a quality assurance and manufacturing or supplier environment. Strong verbal and written English communication skills required. Proficient in standard business related computer software such as Microsoft Office.



Duties Include
1. Must be able to field technical questions from suppliers and determine the appropriate action to be taken.
2. Manage internal quality issues by determining Root Cause and providing Corrective Action.
3. Analyze, audit, and report quality performance and trends for product and processes.
4. Manage quality issues and systems at the supplier and contract manufacturer level.
5. Responsibility for audit, qualification and approval of new suppliers.
6. Review and define CTQ processes and inspection plans with suppliers.
7. Work with suppliers on Corrective and Preventative Action Report Resolution.
8. Provide Quality requirements input to Design and Manufacturing
9. Provide technical direction.
10. Evaluation and disposition of First Articles.
11. Ability to travel domestically and abroad 25-50% of the time.
12. Experience with sheet metal fabrication processes and associated tooling.
13. PCBA manufacturing experience including SMT pick and place and wave solder.
14. Experience with wire harness manufacturing and termination assembly.
15. Analyze engineering changes to determine impact to supplier processes and tooling.
16. Support supplier to develop and implement optimal, cost effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product design specifications and quality standards.
