Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Writing and improving automated upgrade scripts
• Upgrade to the latest Ubuntu LTR
• Fix a few user and file based security holes and write automated scripts to do so.
• Verify all existing scripts
• Improve backup and restore scripts
• Analyze the startup and shutdown process
• Improve our overall system logging
• Must be able to document and train on all the above.
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
• Ubuntu, PAM, NSS, Apache2, RADIUS, TACACS, LDAP, Cron, Telnet, FTP, SSH, Shell Scripting, SNMP, Syslog
• A solid knowledge of networking, user security and any other ancillary configuration files/tools needed to administer Ubuntu
• Be able to read C, C++, PHP
Desirable Skills Include:
• Knowledge of VMWare and how to certify distributions for VMWare
PostgreSQL, SNMP
• Automated source build scripts, install scripts and integration with SVN
This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work closely with Design and Manufacturing teams to develop and finalize product documentation for existing and newly developed products.
• Supports all Sustaining Engineering functions creating: sheet metal fabrication drawings, finish drawings, cabling drawings, specifications and source control drawings and assembly drawings using a 3D modeling software package.
• Updates and generates wiring diagrams.
• Create and modify Bills of Materials through and Engineering Change Order process.
• Perform first article validation.
• Review drawings and BOM's for accuracy and completeness, ensuring Server Technology Engineering drafting standards are met.
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
• Associates Degree in CAD design or related field or commensurate experience in this area
• Experience in an engineering support role with emphasis on Sheet Metal modeling, Harnessing and BOM development.
• Strong knowledge of drafting standards for electrical and mechanical assemblies.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, manage projects, create and document standards.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with writing ECO's using PLM software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required, Access experience a plus
• Experience with Inventor, Productstream and Omnify a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Title: Sr. Electrical Design Engineer
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Electronic circuit design and simulation
• Analog design
• Thermal analysis of PCB's and product enclosures
• Single/three phase AC power systems.
• Microprocessor and logic design circuit.
• Participate in product design
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5-8 years experience in electrical engineering design
• Experience in developing US patents preferred, awarded patents a plus
• Excellent problem solving, organizational and time management skills
