Title: Software Embedded Systems Programmer
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
• This position will be a key team member involved in the design, implementation, and maintenance of firmware for network interface cards in intelligent power distribution systems
• System capabilities do/will include TCP/IP v4/v6, SNMP v1/2/3, Telnet/SSH, HTTP/S, HTML, XML, LDAP, RADIUS, TACASC+, SMTP/Email, NTP, SYSLOG, DHCP, DNS, FTP, and others.
• Implementation in C with RTOS on ARM processors
• Strong Network protocol programming and board support packaging experience required.
• Candidate must be detail oriented, capable or originating and implementing firmware designs, working in a team environment, and self-directing.
• In addition, experience with Digi Net+OSv7, C, ARM, Eclipse IDE, Green Hills Multi IDE, RTOS, TCP/IP, HTML, HTTP/S, SNMP, ISO 9000, RS-232, SMBUS/12C is a plus
Title: Web Master
Job responsibilities include:
• Work activities includes web site research, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, ppc and other search engine strategies such as research on click through activity, web site updates and maintenance, link building, social media and other on-line research and support activities.
• Creativity in terms of establishing metrics for campaigns and evaluating the success of those campaigns.
• Work with a developer on changes to the content management system.
• Management of Google webmaster, analytics, adwords and custom search engine tools.
• Creation and execution of email blasts to proprietary and outsourced email distribution lists.
• Familiarity managing and purchasing Domain Names.
• Assist with ongoing media planning for development of new online ads and other collateral ad material as needed (such as webinar promotions).
• Research and planning for online marketing promotions and other promotional activities.
• Other duties as assigned
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Should be proficient in Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
• HTML and CSS proficient
• Have a working knowledge of the CRM tool Salesforce

• 2+ years marketing experience
• Blogging experience is a plus

Title: Marketing Manager
Job responsibilities include:
• 10 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar (at a minimum a engineering/product based co) industry in two different firms
• Proven leadership skills in managing a direct professional staff as well as utilizing outside contractors and service firms.
• A minimum Bachelors degree with a Masters preferred
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:

• Ability to coordinate the efforts of pears across an organization

Title: Engineering Designer
Job responsibilities include:
• Works closely with Design and Manufacturing Teams to develop and finalize product documentation for existing and newly developed products
• Supports all Sustaining Engineering functions creating: sheet metal fabrication drawings, finish drawings, cabling drawings, specification and source control drawings, and assembly drawings using a 3D modeling software package.
• Updates and generates wiring diagrams
• Creates and modifies Bills of Materials (BOM'S) through an Engineering Change Order (ECO) process
• Works with Sales team to develop End Item BOM's
• Perform first article validation
• Reviews drawings and BOM's for accuracy and completeness, ensuring Server Tech Engineering drafting standards are met.
• Helps develop and document methods for process improvement and control
• Facilitate meetings and manage projects
• Researches and resolves issues associated to PLM database
• Performs backup role to System Administrator for Inventor and Product Stream
• Status open projects to direct management
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
• Experience in an engineering support role with emphasis on Sheet Metal modeling, Harnessing and BOM development
• Strong knowledge of drafting standards for electrical and mechanical assemblies
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, manage projects, create and document standards
• Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities to deadlines.
• Experience with writing ECO's using PLM software. Microsoft office required, Access experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Associates Degree CAD design or related field or commensurate experience in this area.
• Experience with Inventor, Productstream and Omnify a plus
Title: Technical Support Technician I
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide customer support and problem solving under minimal supervision via email and phone
• Follow STI procedures to test and repair problem product quality in an expedient manner
• Troubleshoot and isolate physical and functional product defects
• Provide training to clients in the use of products
• Perform creations of case, closing case, and creation of opportunities in company CRM software
• Effectively participate in assembly line production runs
• Identify possible failure trends
• Read and understand wiring diagrams and layout drawings
• Thorough knowledge of product model numbers and visual identification
• Perform client visits to perform purchased services
• Able to identify non-conforming parts or assemblies
• Perform electronic assembly and repair per IPC standards
• Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
• Soldering and Technical Assembly
• HighAble to read schematics
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Self motivated, detail oriented and organized.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
• Must be able to travel to perform services purchased by clients and to assist Senior Field Agents.
Minimum Experience:
• 1 year certification from college or technical school or 1 year related experience or training in customer service.
• Degree in EET or 2 years experience.
• Proficient in software ie: Salesforce, Vantage, Omnify, MAS200.
Title: Business Software Specialist
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or commensurate experience in this area
• Technical skills and expertise in SQL database applications, software development and software maintenance.
• Experience with ERP software, SharePoint, business intelligence and Crystal reports software a plus.
• Ability to translate business problems into software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities to deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation and team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
• Work with business users to understand their business requirements and develop customizations to the software to address these requirements.
• Troubleshoot, support and maintain STI business software primarily the ERP software and integrated solutions.
• Stay current with new software product developments.
• Attend Epicor ERP and software-related classes as well as technical classes, deemed necessary to supplement current skills and develop additional knowledge and expertise.
• Coordinate with business users to test software upgrades, new releases and patches as they are provided by application software vendors.
• Develop an expertise in Crystal reports, queries and dashboards and be a resource to management for developing new reports, queries and dashboards.
• Ensure business users are provided professional, courteous, and timely support and service.
