Title: Regional Sales Manager Territory #11

Job Description:  
  • Manage existing customers
  • Support existing Channel Partner sales efforts
  • Identify and develop new channel sales partners 
  • Develop new customers through prospecting activities

*Solidify STI's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events

Skills:  

  • 3+ years selling products and /or services in a Datacenter environment, or in support reseller channel in doing such
  • Proven track record of achieving sales objectives in a team environment
  • A combination of account management and account development skills are required with a proven track record of success
  • The ideal candidate will posses a strong knowledge of different sales methodologies and will be able to learn the methods employed by STI and apply them to their selling activities. This approach will rely heavily of the candidate's ability to identify specific customer needs
  • The candidate will work in a team environment with inside sales to coordinate efforts and support our enterprise customer and reseller channels

Territory #11- Ontario, MI (less peninsula), IN, OH, Western NY (Buffalo and Rochester), Western PA (Pittsburg)
 


Title: International Sales Representative

Job Description:  As an International inside Sales representative, you will use your proven sales and technical knowledge to:

  • Manage existing customers and Channel Partners
  • Develop new customers and Channel partnerships through prospecting activities
  • Follow-up on leads generated from company marketing activities
  • Support the sales efforts of the Regional Sales Managers
  • Represent STI at regional trade shows and other sales functions
  • Solidify STI's presence in the EMEA marketplace through consistent participation in networking
  • Participate with all memebers of the sales team

Skills:  

  • Proven track record of achieving sales objectives in a team environment
  • A combination of account manager and accoutn development skills are required with a proven track record of success
  • The ideal candidate will posses a strong knowledge of different sales methodologies and will be able to learn the method employed by STI and apply them to selling activities.  This approach will rely heavily on the candidate's ability to identify customer needs
  • The candidate will work in a team environment with all Sales personnel to coordinate efforts  

Title: Sales Engineer
 
Job Description:  
  • Provide training and producing support material for inside and outside sales team
  • Provide product training for sales team and channel partner representatives
  • Design custom-made mounting solutions
  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, quality, engineering) to address customer issues/needs
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers (enterprise and reseller)
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Provide after-sales support
  • Traveling to visit new/existing customers (25%)
  • Prepare/present technical presentations and demonstrations
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Manager teams

Skills:  

  • Undergraduate engineering degree and/or
  • 3 to 5 years work experience
  • Preferred: Intermediate to Advanced skill level with CAD and Visio applications
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • The candidate will work in a team environment with all sales personnel to coordinate efforts 

 Title: Assembly Tech

Job Description:  

  • Follow STI procedures to produce consistent, quality products in an expedient manner
  • Perform simple, repetitive bench assembly
  • Effectively participate in assembly line production runs
  • May perform simple soldering
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization in any required capacity throughout the production environment
  • Learn product model numbers and visual identification
